Standard Operation of PVC Cutting Machine.
According to the official operation method, it is also the basic step to guarantee the long service life of the PVC cutting machine. Operation based on the standards can diminish the failure rate of the equipment.
When you turn off the main power button. Do not force shutdown, do not power off suddenly. When the machine is working naturally, if the power is suddenly cut off, the components, especially the hard disk, will be damaged because of the recognition operation of the quite hot software.
Generally, prevent bumps and avoid irritating corrosive liquid contamination. When cleaning the housing is needed, wipe with a wet cloth that is screwed dry or use a soft cloth dipped in a special cleaner. Avoid sharp objects from touching the housing. When switching the cutter head, care should be taken to insert and pull it softly to prevent damaging the shell mistakenly.
Pay Attention to the Working Environment
It is recommended that the PVC Cutting Machine should be placed in a place without direct sunlight or other heat radiation, due to the fact that the sun is too strong, the surface of the machine will overheat, which is not good for the maintenance of the machine. Besides, the surrounding environment should not be too wet. The bed of the paperboard cutting machine is made of metal.
The excessive wetness will make the cutter rust easily, the running protection of the metal guide rail raises, and the cutting speed is reduced. Do not put it in places with too much dust or corrosive gas, because these environments are easy to damage the electronic components of the board cutting machine, or cause poor contact and short circuit between components, thus affecting the regular operation of the equipment.
Regular Machine Maintenance
Carry out regular maintenance according to the maintenance procedures and frequency in the instruction manual, and take notice of the time of lubricating oil and cleaning the oil pot.
Every working day, the dust of the machine tool and guide rail must be cleaned to keep the bed clean, turn off the air source and power supply when off work, and drain the remaining gas in the pipe belt of the machine tool.
If the machine is left for a very long time, switch off the power supply to prevent nonprofessional operation.
Recommendation for cutting tools for IECHO PVC materials
For PVC materials, if the thickness of the material is 1mm-5mm. You can choose UCT, EOT, and the cutting time is between 0.2-0.3m/s. If the thickness of the material is between 6mm-20mm, you can choose CNC Router. The cutting time is 0.2-0.4m/s.
